Preheat oven to 400*. Butter a 9" pie pan. In a shallow bowl stir four, salt, pepper nutmeg. Dust beef with this mixture, place in pie pan. Scatter herbs & mushrooms next, drizzle with lemon juice. Add just enoujgh stock to cover meat & mushrooms. Stir in catsup & worcestershire sauce. Cover with sheet of pastry dough. Stir together egg & salt, brush mixture over pastry. Vent and bake 30 minutes. Place foil over top, reduce heat to 350*, bake 2 more hours.
