South African Coconut And Lemon Bread

Ingredients

  • 0.75 Cup Coconut
  • 2.25 Tsp Yeast
  • 3 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.25 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1.25 Cup Water


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread coconut on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove and let cool. Add all ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by manual. Process on bread cycle.
