Ingredients

  • 6 Inch Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Vegetable Oil
  • 0.25 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Arugula Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive O
  • 0.33 Cup Hummus
  • 3 oz Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Pine Nuts


Directions

Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees F. Line A Baking Sheet With Aluminum Foil. Place Tortillas On The Prepared Pan. Generously Mist The Surface Of Each Tortilla With Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray. Divide The Cheese And Sprinkle Over The Tortilla, Seasoning With Pepper. Bake Tortillas For 7 To 8 Minutes On The Middle Rack Of The Oven. While Toasting The Tortilla, Toss Arugula, Vinegar And Oil Together In A Bowl. Divide And Spread The Hummus Over Tortillas. Add Chicken And Arugula And Sprinkle With Pine Nuts.
