  • 0.5 Tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.25 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 0.12 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbsp Sherry
  • 0.5 Tsp Seasoned Salt


Directions

Drain Apricots, Reserving 1 Cup Syrup; Set Aside. Cut Apricots In Half; Set Aside. Score Edges Of Ham; Place In A Shallow 2-Qt. Microwave-Safe Dish. In A Small Bowl, Combine Brown Sugar, Cornstarch And Nutmeg; Stir In Vinegar And Reserved Syrup Until Smooth. Pour Over Ham. Cover And Microwave At 70% Power For 5 Minutes. Turn Ham; Arrange Apricots On Top. Cover And Microwave At 70% Power For 8-10 Minutes Or Until The Sauce Is Thickened. Let Stand For 2 Minutes.
