Pasta With Szechwan Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 2 Cup Broccoli
  • 0.33 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 Cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Safflower Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Tsp Red Pepper
  • 2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes


Directions

Presoak Beans. Add Smoked Pork To Beans And Slowly Cook For 1 Hour. Saute Garlic And Onion In Oil For 5 Minutes, Stir In Paprika And Cook For 1 Minute. Add Mixture To Beans And Pork. Continue To Cook Until Beans Are Tender About 40 Minutes. Sprinkle With Red Pepper, Salt And Pepper To Taste. Final Dish Should Have A Very Thick Sauce.
