Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 0.25 Tsp Clove
  • 0.25 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 Tsp Cumin
  • 4 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup Green Bean
  • 2 Medium Carrot
  • 0.75 Cup Broccoli Floweret
  • 0.75 Cup cauliflower floweret
  • 2 Medium Potato
  • 0.5 Cup Pea
  • 0.5 Cup Unsalted Peanut


Directions

saute onion, garlic and pepper in oil for 4 minutes. add rice and stir until coated in oil. add seasonings. stir over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add boiling water. As soon as water returns to a boil, add remaining vegetables. Cover and gently simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Immediatly before serving, saute nuts in oil until toasted and sprinkle over biryani.
