Ingredients

  • 1 lb Vermicelli
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Medium Onion
  • 1 lb Pork
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1.25 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Dash Ginger
  • 1 Dash Pepper
  • 1 Chive


Directions

Cook noodles in a large pan of boiling water until tender. Drain; spread on flat surface using paper towels. Saute garlic, green onion and pork in olive oil. Add the noodles and remaining ingredients. Stir fry until hot and serve. Garnish with chives. Varitions: Small salad shrimp or cubed chicken breast.
