Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.5 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 Tsp Ginger
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Tsp Cardamom
  • 5 Whole Clove
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Saute pork in oil until well browned. Set aside and keep warm. Combine sugar and vinegar in saucepan and dissolve over low heat. Cook until it is a thick syrup, then add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 25 minutes. Stir frequently so mixture doesnt stick to the pan. Combine beef with mixture and serve over rice.
