1. Saute onion in butter until brown. 2. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper, simmer 15 minutes. 3. Add basil, simmer 2 minutes. 4. Transfer contents to mixing bowl. 5. Add moz and ricootta, combine thoroughly. 6. Drop in 1/2 teaspoonfuls on pasta sheet, paint edges with eggwash, top with other pasta sheet, cut out with cookie cutter. crimp edges with fork to secure. 7. Place some of desired sauce on bottom of pan, put ravioli's, top with remaining sauce. 8. Bake preheated 400* oven for 20 minutes in baking pan.
