1. Saute in oil, onion, carrots & celery. 2. When onion is done, add beef and salt, brown. 3. Add wine, cook until it is completely evaporated. 4. Add milk and nutmeg, cook until milk is evaporated. 5. Add tomatoes, simmer uncovered for 3 hours! 6. Prepare pasta and serve.
