  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 lb Swiss Steak
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream


Directions

Bring Water, Salt, Lemon Juice And Butter To A Boil. Add Mushrooms And Simmer For 5 Minutes. Stir In Flour. Add Stock And Simmer For 10 Minutes. Season With Salt And Pepper. Remove From Heat And Stir In Madeira.
