Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fish Fillet
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 Tsp Pepper Sauce
  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Medium Carrot
  • 1 Medium Pepper


Directions

sprinkle fish with salt. roll up, skinned side in. secure with toothpicks drain and chop tomatoes, reserve liquid. add water to make 1 1/3 cups with tomato juice. bring tomato liquid to boil, add everything and place fish on top. bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes or until fish flakes. make sure to remove toothpicks.
