Mustard Seed Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Jalapeno
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 lb Red Snapper
  • 3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seed
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper


Directions

Combine jalapeno, onion, garlic and turmeric with 1 tablespoon of mustard oil. Mix with fish and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat mustard seeds in remaining oil until they begin to pop. Add fish, reduce heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes per side. Squeeze on lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve.
