Saute Onion In Butter For 5 Minutes. Add Bell Peppers And Celery. Saute For 4 Minutes. Add Garlic And Saute For 1 Minute. Add Beans, Honey, Hot Sauce, Bay Leaf, Savory, Basil, Cloves, Cayenne, Salt And Pepper. Simmer For 1 Minute. Add Stock, Wine And Tomato Paste. Bring To A Boil And Simmer For 20 Minutes.
