  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 Cup Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Medium Egg
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Heat Oil In Large Flameproof Casserole. Saute Pork Until Brown. Add All Remaining Ingredients Plus Enough Water To Cover. Bring To Boil And Cover. Reduce Heat And Simmer Gently For 3 Hours. Serve With Red Pepper Salsa.
