Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Lamb
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 3 Medium Tomato
  • 0.5 Bunch Parsley
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper Flake
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Whole Pita Bread
  • 1 Tbsp Butter


Directions

Combine all but the pita bread and butter. Drizzle melted butter over the pita breads. Top with lamb mixture. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until hot. Serve
