Elephant Teeth Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 0.5 lb Swiss Chard
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 0.33 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano


Directions

1. Saute garlic in olive oil. 2. Add bell peppers, cook until lightly brown. 3. Add chard & 2 Tbsp water, and salt & pepper. 4. Cook until chard just wilts. 5. Cook pasta as usual. 6. Swirl butter into the sauce. 7. Add cooked pasta & vinegar to pan, combine, add cheese and serve.
