  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Wine
  • 2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 Tsp Ginger
  • 0.25 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Saute meat in butter until brown. Add onion and saute for 5 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until sauce consistency. Serve.
