  • 4 Chicken Breast Halve
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Or Vegetable O
  • 2 Celery Ribs
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 0.5 Cup Sweet Red Pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Sweet Yellow Pepper
  • 2 Cup Green Beans
  • 1 Mushrooms
  • 1 Chicken Broth
  • 0.25 Cup Water
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.25 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 0.12 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.12 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cup Rice


Directions

In A Large Skillet Over Medium Heat, Brown Chicken In Oil For About 4 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Almost Tender. Add Celery, Onions And Peppers; Cook Until Vegetables Are Crisp-Tender. Stir In The Beans And Mushrooms; Cook Until Chicken Juices Run Clear. Stir In The Broth, Water And Seasonings. Bring To A Boil. Stir In Rice; Cover And Remove From The Heat. Let Stand For 5 Minutes Or Until Rice Is Tender; Fluff Rice With A Fork.
