  • 6 oz Beef
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 0.5 Tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 Cup Coconut Oil


Directions

1.Season Each Veal Chop With Sea Salt (Optional), Oregano And Freshly Ground Black Pepper. 2.Heat A Large Skillet Over High Heat. Add Coconut Oil When Hot. 3.Add Pork Chops And Brown On Both Sides. 4.Reduce Heat To Medium-Low And Add Garlic. Continue To Cook Until Garlic Begins To Brown. 5.Add Tomatoes And Parsley, Cover, Reduce Heat To Low And Simmer Until Pork Is Tender (About 2 Hours).
