1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. 2. Wash spinach and parsley, shake to remove excess water, but allow some water to cling to leaves. 3. Blend all ingredients except noodles in blender on high until it makes a thick puree, with some flecks of spinach & parsley still visible. If it looks to thick, add a small amount of water. 4. Toss in large bowl with spaghetti until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
