Saute Onions, Leeks, Carrots And Celery In Butter For 10 Minutes. Add Broth And Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat, Cover And Simmer For 30 Minutes. Add Corn, Green Beans And Peas. Simmer For 10 Minutes. Add Noodles And Cheese, Allow Cheese To Melt And Remove From Heat. Sprinkle With Chives And Serve.
