Bring Ham, Stock, Pepper, Bay Leaf, Salt And Celeriac To A Boil. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Add Carrots, Onions And Celery. Cover And Simmer For 30 Minutes. Add Potatoes, Beans, Garlic Salt And Bouillon Cube To The Soup. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Saute Bacon Until Crisp. Remove Bacon And Add To The Soup. Saute Flour In Oil Until It Becomes A Light Brown Color. Add It To The Soup. Simmer For 10 Minutes And Serve.
