In Medium Saute Pan, Saute Onion, Carrots And Garlic In Olive Oil For 8 Minutes. Add Artichokes, Thyme, Parsley, Wine And Water. Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer For 10 Minutes Or Until Artichokes Are Tender And Liquid Has Evaporated. Season With Salt, Pepper And Lemon Juice. Serve.
