Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.12 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 lb Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 0.5 Cup Red Wine
  • 0.5 Cup Chile Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0.5 Tsp Mustard
  • 0.5 Tsp Chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 Cup Water


Directions

1.Place Pork In Slow Cooker. 2.Mix Seasoning Mix, Ketchup, Brown Sugar And Vinegar Until Blended. Pour Over Pork. Cover. 3.Cook 8 Hours On Low Or 4 Hours On High. Remove Pork From Slow Cooker. 4.Shred Pork, Using 2 Forks. Return Pork To Slow Cooker. Mix And Heat With Sauce Before Serving. Serve On Sandwich Rolls, If Desired.
