Puerto Rican Chicken With Rice

Ingredients

  • 3.5 lb Chicken
  • 0.5 Cup Onion
  • 0.5 Cup Celery
  • 1 Cup Olive
  • 1 Small Jar Pimiento
  • 1 Pea
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Sauce
  • 1.5 Cup Rice


Directions

Brown chicken pieces in olive oil and then drain. Saute Onions, celery and Spanish olives; add the browned chicken pieces. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Cook slowly, covered, stirring frequently because rice will stick. This delicious main course is ready when the rice is fully cooked.
