Saute all ingredients except bread dough until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are soft, about 15 minutes. Cut bread dough into 12 pieces and roll out into a round. Divide the filling between the rounds and fold over, sealing the edges with water. Prick top with a fork and brush with milk. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve.
