Cover And Simmer 1 Hour, Adding Additional Water As Needed. Add White Onions And Mushrooms. Cover And Simmer 1 More Hour Or Until Meat And Onions Are Tender. Add Cheese, Cover And Cook 5 Minutes, Or Until Cheese Melts.
