Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Ham
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Or Vegetable O
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Kidney Beans
  • 1 Black Beans
  • 1 Pinto Beans
  • 1 Picante Sauce
  • 1 Tomato Sauce
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Ripe Olives
  • 1 Tsp Beef Bouillon Granul
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cheddar Cheese


Directions

In A Large Saucepan, Cook The Ham, Onion, Green Pepper And Garlic In Oil Until Tender. Stir In Tomatoes, Beans, Picante Sauce, Tomato Sauce And Water If Desired. Bring To A Boil. Stir In Olives, Bouillon, Thyme, Salt And Pepper. Reduce Heat, Simmer, Uncovered, For 15-20 Minutes. Garnish With Cheese.
