  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 6 Large Kale Leaves
  • 1 Small Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Water


Directions

1.Fill A Blender (Or Magic Bullet Or Whatever) With The Frozen Berries And Quickly Pulse With A Little Hot Water To Break Them Up. 2.Add Shredded Coconut, Eggs, And Almond Milk. 3.Continue To Blend Until Smooth, And Divide Into Two Glasses.
