Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 0.25 Tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Shrimp Powder
  • 1 Tsp Shrimp Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Large Ripe Tomato
  • 1 Large Chili Pepper
  • 1 Medium Scallion
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro


Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add turmeric, paprika, onion and garlic. Stir fry until onion is golden. Add shrimp powder and paste. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add fish sauce, water and tomato. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve at room temperatue.
