Chickpea Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Small Potato
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Chickpea
  • 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Medium Scallion
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 0.5 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Chilly Flake


Directions

Cook potatoes in water, with soy sauce and salt for 20 minutes. Drain well, cut into half inch cubes. Mix potatoes with all other ingredients and toss well. Serve at room temp with other Burmese dishes.
