aute onions, pine nuts & cumin until onions begin to brown. Add garlic and allspice, cook 1 mnute. Add peppers, and meat. Simmer until meat browns. Add tomatoes simmer 5 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Filling should be moist but not watery. cut phyllo stack legnthwise into 3 strips. Place 1 TBSP filling at end of stiip fold into triangles. Place in bakign pan seam side down. brush tops with butter. Bake 25 minutes at 350*
