  • Bean Thread Noodle, 3, Oz Soaked
  • Olive Oil, 2, Tbsp
  • Garlic, 4, Clove Chopped
  • Pork, 1/4, Lb Ground
  • Salt, 1, Tsp
  • Sugar, 1, Tsp
  • Chicken Broth, 6, Cup
  • Shrimp, 15, Small Dried Rinsed and Drained
  • Fish Sauce, 1, Tbsp
  • Scallion, 2, Medium Chopped
  • Pepper, 1/4, Tsp

Methods


  1. Soak the mushrooms, lilies and noodles in warm water for 10 minutes. Cut the noodles in 3 inch lengths and set aside. Heat oil in skillet and saute for 30 seconds. Stir in pork, salt and sugar. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add shrimp, mushrooms, lilies and fish sauce. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add noodles, cook stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add scallions and pepper. Stir and serve.
