  1. saute onion in olive oil until soft. add 3 cups of water and chiles. bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. place mixture in blender and puree until smooth. brown and drain beef. add chile sauce to beef and beans and heat. assemble as tacos and serve.
