  • Chicken Broth, 3, Cup

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is lightly browned. Add chickpeas and stir through onion mixture. Add broth and bring to a boil. Drain chickpeas, reserving broth. Place chickpeas in a blender and puree, with machine still running add broth. Season with mint, salt and pepper. Serve with a lemon wedge.
