  • Pork, 4, Oz Ground
  • Rice, 1, Cup Cooked
  • Fish Sauce, 2, Tbsp
  • Egg, 4, Small
  • Ginger, 1, Tbsp Chopped
  • Onion, 1, Tbsp Dried Flake Sauted Until Golden
  • Cilantro, 1, Tbsp Chopped
  • Onion, 3, Medium Chopped Green
  • Pepper, 1, Tsp Flake Red

Methods


  1. Heat stock in a saucpan. Add pork and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add rice and cook for 2 minutes. Season with fish sauce. Break an egg into each soup bowl and pour boiling soup over top. Sprinkle each bowl with ginger, onion flakes, cilantro, green onions and pepper flakes. Serve.
