Heat oil in a pan. Add in fennel seeds and let them crackle. Add the onions, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute till it turns light golden. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Then add all the spice powders and salt. Mix it well. Add chicken to the masala and toss well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook until the chicken is cooked. After cooking the chicken open the pan and cook on a high heat and let the masala gets dry. Add fresh ground pepper to the chicken and toss it well. Squeeze lemon juice, add chopped coriander leaves and it mix well.
