Ingredients

  • 0.33 Cup Pine Nut
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Bunch Spinach
  • 1 Bunch Basil Leaf
  • 0.5 lb Kervella Cheese
  • 0.33 Cup Pine Nut


Directions

Place pine nuts in food processor, add egg, onion and lemon juice. Puree until smooth. Gradually add the oil and vinegars. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Divide spinach and basil onto 6 plates. Spoon dressing over top, add cheese and garnish with remaining pine nuts.
