Add Chicken Broth. Season With Salt And Pepper To Taste. 3 When Broth Is Boiling, Add Vermicelli And Reduce Heat To A Low Simmer. Cover And Cook Until The Vermicelli Has Soaked Up The Liquid, About 30 Minutes.
