  • Parsley, 1/2, Cup Chopped
  • Sour Cream, 2, Tbsp Garnish

Methods


  1. Saute steak in oil untli done to your liking. Remove and set aside. Saute ham 2-3 minutes in same pan. Add onions and saute until brown. Add mushrooms, saute 5 minutes. Add wine and reduce entirely. Add bay leaf half and half and stock. Reduce by 2/3. Swirl in butter and mustard. Add parsley, salt pepper remove bay leaf serve meat topped with sauce and garnished with sour cream.
