  • Herb, 2, Cup Chopped
  • Madeira, 1, Cup

  • Cardamom, 1/2, Tsp
  • Saffron, 1, Pinch
  • Egg, 1, Medium Beaten
  • Wine Vinegar, 1, Tsp Red

Methods


  1. Place all ingredients in stock pot, except egg and vinegar. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat, ladle in a bit of broth to the egg, beat well and return to the pan. Add vinegar. Stir well and serve.
