Place zucchini in colander, sprinkle with salt and let drain for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water. Combine zucchini, scallions, dill, parsley,eggs and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in feta cheese and flour. Heat oil in skillet and drop tablespoons of mixture into oil. Fry until golden brown about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve.
