Ingredients

  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 lb Swiss Cheese
  • 0.5 lb Fontina Cheese
  • 0.75 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Tbsp Brandy
  • 1 Italian Bread


Directions

Rub the fondue pot or microwave dish with garlic. Place cheese in dish and cover with wine, let stand at room temperature for 5 hours. Just before serving time place over low heat (or medium microwave) and stir frequently until smooth. Blend in brandy and serve.
